Who we are

Infra Titan LLC is a United States company founded in 2020 by Steve Clatterbuck. We build AI automation for small businesses and provide infrastructure consulting. For anything about these terms, the site, or your data, emailhello@infratitan.com. That is the only address we use.

Using the site and the assistant

You're welcome to use the site to learn about our services and get in touch. In return, you agree not to:

• • Abuse or overload the site or the assistant, including with automated traffic or bulk requests.
• • Scrape, crawl, or copy the site's content or the assistant's replies in bulk.
• • Try to extract, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the assistant's configuration, instructions, or the systems behind it.
• • Send anything illegal, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share.
• • Pretend to be someone else or misrepresent who you work for.

We may limit or block access when we see this kind of use.

The chat assistant

The assistant on this site is an automated sales assistant built by Infra Titan. It answers questions about our services and helps you get in touch. It can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Nothing it says creates a contract, a quote, a commitment, or professional advice of any kind. Pricing, scope, and timelines are only binding when a person at Infra Titan confirms them in writing. Please don't share passwords, financial account numbers, or other sensitive information with the assistant. Conversations are kept and may be reviewed, as described in ourprivacy notice.

Contact form and lead submissions

When you submit the contact form or leave your details with the assistant, we use them to respond to your inquiry and follow up about the services you asked about. You confirm the details are accurate and yours to give. How we handle that information is in theprivacy notice, and you can have it removed by following ourdata deletion instructions.

SMS / text messaging

Added November 2, 2026.

Infra Titan LLC (Infra Titan) sends text messages (SMS) from numbers it operates, including a demonstration line that shows how an automated lead-response assistant works for service businesses. The messages are replies to people who text that number first, or who call it and are not answered: answering their questions, offering and confirming appointment windows, and sending a short safety instruction, such as calling 911, when someone reports a hazard. Replies are written by an automated assistant and say so. Texting is not a way to reach emergency services; in an emergency, call 911.

By texting one of our numbers, you agree to receive text messages from Infra Titan LLC about your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Agreeing to these website terms is not consent to receive text messages; you consent to texts only as described in this section. If you call a number that offers a text-back and the call is not answered, you may receive one text sent to the number you called from, at most once a day; you can reply STOP to it. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time, and we will stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or emailhello@infratitan.com. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Service engagements

Consulting, automation builds, and pilots are governed by a separate written agreement (a proposal, statement of work, or services agreement) that both sides sign. That agreement controls the engagement, not these website terms. If the two ever conflict, the written agreement wins for that engagement.

Intellectual property

The site and everything on it, including the text, design, logo, code, and the assistant, belong to Infra Titan LLC or the people who license it to us. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy or republish it, or use the Infra Titan name or logo, without our written permission. Anything you send us stays yours, but you give us permission to use it to respond to you and provide our services. Other companies' names and products mentioned on the site belong to their owners.

No warranties

The site and the assistant are provided as they are, and as available. We don't promise they will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the information on the site is complete, accurate, or current. You use them at your own risk.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Infra Titan LLC and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the site or the assistant. If we are found liable for anything related to the site, our total liability is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some places don't allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

Links to other sites

The site links to a few outside services, such as our booking page. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
