Data deletion instructions

This page explains how to have Infra Titan LLC delete data about you. It covers data we received through Meta platforms (Facebook Login for Business, Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp) as well as data from this website's contact form and chat assistant.

Who can ask

  • • Anyone whose message, lead form, or contact details we processed.
  • • Any business that connected its Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp Business Account to Infra Titan.

How to request deletion

  1. Email hello@infratitan.comwith the subject line Data deletion request.
  2. Include your name, the email address or phone number you used with us, and which platform you used: Facebook or Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, the website contact form, or the chat assistant. If you're a business, also include the name of the Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp Business Account you connected.
  3. Send it from the email address you used with us if you can. If not, we may ask a question or two to confirm it's you before we delete anything.

What happens next

We'll acknowledge your request by email, delete the data from our systems, and email you again to confirm it's done. We complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. If we have to keep a small record for legal reasons, such as proof that we handled your request, we'll tell you what we kept and why.

What we delete

Your contact details, message content, lead form answers, and the Page, Instagram, or WhatsApp account identifiers we hold about you, from our CRM, our automation workflows, and our logs. This doesn't remove your messages on Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp themselves, or data held by the business you were talking to. For those, contact that business or Meta directly.

Stopping future access

If you connected Infra Titan to your Facebook Page or Instagram account, you can remove the app at any time in your Facebook or Instagram settings, under business integrations or apps and websites. A business can likewise disconnect its WhatsApp Business Account from Infra Titan in its Meta business settings, or ask us to do it. Removing the app stops any new data from reaching us. It doesn't erase what we already hold, so email us as described above if you want that deleted too.
