Solutions / Back-Office Automation

A bot for everything you don't want to do yourself.

Inbox, calendar, books, competitor watching: the recurring work that eats your week. Each bot runs inside the tools you already use, proposes what to do next, and waits for your approval. Everything it touches is logged.

The four bots

Pick the chore. We build the bot.

Three packaged bots for the work most small businesses lose hours to every week, and a fourth for the one chore that's specific to you.

Inbox & Calendar Copilot

Your inbox triaged and your replies drafted before you sit down.

What it does
  • • Sorts and labels incoming mail so the messages that need you surface first.
  • • Drafts replies in your voice and leaves them in your drafts folder.
  • • Finds open times, proposes the meeting, and holds the slot on your calendar.
What it never does on its own
It never sends anything. Every draft waits for you to read it and hit send, and it writes in one brand voice — not as several businesses at once.
What you get every week
A weekly digest of every message it triaged, every draft it wrote, and every meeting it proposed.

Bookkeeping Copilot

Categorized entries waiting for your approval, not a shoebox of receipts.

What it does
  • • Reads your QuickBooks Online books and the transactions already in them.
  • • Pulls receipts and bills out of your email and matches them to transactions.
  • • Proposes categorized entries and holds each one until you approve it.
What it never does on its own
It never posts an entry on its own. No tax preparation or filing, no audited or reviewed financials, no representation before the IRS — that exclusion is written into every engagement.
What you get every week
A weekly reconciliation report: what it proposed, what you approved, and what is still open.

Competitive Radar

A weekly read on what your competitors changed, without the tab-hopping.

What it does
  • • Watches the competitor pages, news, and social accounts you pick.
  • • Flags pricing, product, and messaging changes as they appear.
  • • Writes a one-page battlecard and delivers it to Slack or email.
What it never does on its own
It never posts, replies, or contacts anyone. It reads and summarizes. It is not an enterprise win-loss program or a dedicated intelligence team.
What you get every week
The battlecard itself, every week, plus a log of what it watched and what changed.

Custom Ops Bot

The recurring chore that only your business has, handled the same way every time.

What it does
  • • Scoped on an intake call around one workflow you do by hand today.
  • • Built inside the tools that workflow already runs through.
  • • Delivered against a written statement of work that fixes the scope.
What it never does on its own
It never acts outside the statement of work. Anything beyond it is a change order, not a surprise — and the same rule applies: it proposes, you decide.
What you get every week
A weekly report shaped to the workflow: what ran, what it proposed, and what you approved.

How every bot works

Proposed by the bot. Approved by you. Logged every time.

It proposes, you approve

Every action the bot wants to take — a reply, a ledger entry, a meeting — shows up as a proposal in Slack, by text, or by email. You say yes, edit it, or drop it. Nothing is auto-sent, auto-posted, or auto-filed.

Inside your tools

The bot works in the Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, QuickBooks Online, Slack, or HubSpot account you already run. No new inbox to check, and no second system of record.

A weekly value report

Every bot sends one: how many items it triaged, proposed, and had approved, an estimate of the hours it saved, and the running log of every approval. It's how you know the bot is earning its retainer — and it's your audit trail.

Built on

Your stack, not a new one

We connect to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for mail and calendar, QuickBooks Online for the books, Slack or email for approvals, and HubSpot or your existing CRM for contacts, with n8n orchestrating the work. Each client runs on their own isolated instance; nothing is shared between businesses.

Why us

Built by people who use them.

Our founder runs three bots on his own businesses today: an inbox-and-calendar bot, a QuickBooks categorization and receipt-import tool, and a daily competitor-watch briefing. The packaged bots we offer grow out of those three.

Tell us which chore you'd hand off first.

On the call we'll look at the tools you run, the volume you're dealing with, and who would approve the bot's proposals — then tell you which bot fits and what a 30-day pilot looks like.
